Need some help - to those of you with Moneybookers accounts particularly - can you check Moneybookers T&Cs/Fees to see if there is anything there that says they charge for refunding a payment.

Have just had to refund a payment, and not only have they charged me to make the refund, the original recieving fee still stands

I don't want to go in all guns blazing about this refund charge if I've missed it in the small print
