Some changes to the hated 'Best Search'

By lowering the minimum number of DSRs sellers need from 10 to 3 over the past 30 days, we're giving an advantage in to many of our great lower-volume sellers with solid customer satisfaction as reflected in their 4.7 DSR scores. "

Translation: a lot of the smaller sellers have left, and oops, turns out we DID need their money after all.
